The NIO EP9 is made up by carbon cockpit and a special chassis with an appropriate ratio weight/strength to allow high speed performances. The EP9 also includes an e-control structure and sensor system, making it adaptable for upcoming self-driving technology. Its battery can be charged within 45 minutes with an autonomy of 426 kilometers. The design is impressive. The imposing wheels, sleek body and slitted headlights are some of the first things you notice about the car. At moment Tesla Model X has higher performances regarding the range (507km) and the acceleration (0 – 97 km just in 0.2 seconds), but it is increasingly harsh competition from other competitors.
